WHAT MY BUYERS GET
Your own private MLS portal.
When you buy with me, you don't scroll Zillow hoping it's current. You get your own search portal with live MLS listings, saved searches, and alerts the second a match hits the market. This is an example of what it looks like.
This is a sample of the portal my buyers use. Listing data comes from the MLS and updates automatically.
Want one of your own?
Tell me what you're looking for and I'll set up your personal portal with alerts, then we go see homes.
How your portal works
Do I get my own portal?
When you work with me, yes. I set up your personal search with your price range, areas and must-haves, and new matches come to you automatically.
How do I tour a home I find?
Send me the address or MLS number on WhatsApp and I will schedule the showing. I preview homes for out-of-town buyers too.
Is the portal free?
Yes. It's part of working with me. No fees, no catch. It's how I make sure you never miss the right home.
What is the MLS?
The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is the database agents share: every home for sale, its price, photos and history. Your portal shows you the same live data agents use, not ads or outdated posts.
Why does a home say pending or contingent?
Pending means the seller accepted an offer and it is heading to closing. Contingent means there is a deal but it still has conditions, like the inspection or the buyer's loan. Either way, message me. Deals fall through, and I may know similar homes.
What does days on market tell me?
How long a home has been listed. A high number can mean room to negotiate. A low number in a hot area means move fast. I can pull the full price history on any listing you like.
